Euroacque TROLLEY 11 – Portable Mobile Water Softener for Filling Heating and Cooling Systems

The Euroacque TROLLEY 11 is a wheeled mobile water softener designed specifically for filling heating and cooling systems with softened water. It is the ideal solution for installers and technicians who need to treat the filling water of thermal systems quickly, accurately and in compliance with current regulations. Made in Italy by Euroacque, a manufacturer since 1978.

Why Treat Heating System Water

Heating systems are subject to limescale deposits, encrustation and corrosion caused by water hardness. These phenomena reduce thermal exchange efficiency, increase noise levels and damage equipment and pipework. Treatment of filling water is mandatory under Italian D.P.R. 59/09 (energy saving), D.M. 37/08 (system safety) and technical standard UNI 8065 for water treatment in civil thermal systems.

How to Use

The technician connects the TROLLEY 11 to the system via the quick-connect fittings, fills with softened water and monitors the dispensed volume on the dial meter. When the cyclic capacity is exhausted, resins are regenerated on site by replacing the filter cartridge with the regenerating one — no need to bring the unit back to the workshop.
