HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR FILE A CLAIM

If you wish to return all or part of your order, you must first contact us by phone at +39 02 80888781 or by email at info@reblotech.com.

ATTENTION

Please remember that returned items must be properly packaged and must not show any manipulation, either inside or outside the original packaging.

Consumer law states that “the consumer is responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the goods.”

Reblotech Srl reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned item before issuing any refund and to recalculate the amount based on the condition of the product returned to the warehouse.

We therefore recommend that, upon receipt of the goods, you open the boxes carefully and avoid any damage or manipulation to the packaging, otherwise the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.

Upon delivery, PLEASE ALWAYS FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE BELOW:

If the parcel appears intact on the outside, ask the courier to select the “reservation of control” option on the electronic terminal, and if possible write “Hidden damage reservation” near the signature box, then sign.

If the parcel shows visible damage on the external packaging, you must refuse delivery and state the reason on the receipt, writing “visibly damaged parcel,” “opened parcel,” “wet parcel,” “torn parcel,” etc.

Failure to follow the above procedures will automatically result in the refusal of any return or replacement of goods damaged during transport.

General Rules

All products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

We accept only products in their original condition.

Any damages or non-conformities must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Wrong Purchases

For incorrect orders (when the customer purchases the wrong product), the Right of Withdrawal applies, NOT VALID FOR MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS (as indicated on the product page).

You will therefore be responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. You may return the product within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund of the item value excluding initial shipping costs. A refund, store credit, or coupon can be issued.

Wrong Shipments

For shipping errors on our part (product received different from the one ordered), once the mistake is confirmed, we will cover the replacement and all shipping costs.

If you prefer, you may return the product and receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

Quality Issues

We will be responsible for replacements or refunds if quality issues arise within 14 days of delivery. The customer may be asked to return the product to our warehouse. After inspection confirming no intentional damage, we will replace the product or issue a full refund within 14 days.

Return Procedure

Items must be returned perfectly packaged, in unopened original packaging, and shipped at your own expense to our warehouse.

The customer will establish a direct relationship with the chosen courier. In case of disputes related to damages caused by the courier, our Company shall not be held responsible and no refund will be issued. In this case, items will remain available for collection for 30 days from arrival in our warehouse, at the customer’s expense.

Once received, the items will be inspected by our technicians. If they are perfectly intact, the customer will be entitled to a credit equal to the original value of the item, usable as payment towards a new purchase or as a refund. The method will be agreed upon with our staff.
