Cordivari Polywarm® EXTRA 1 WX kettle with removable INOX 316L exchanger for DHW

The Cordivari Polywarm® EXTRA 1 WX Kettle is a high-efficiency professional solution for production and storage of domestic hot water (DHW), designed to ensure high performance, maximum hygiene and safety against legionella.

Made of Polywarm® coated steel, it is certified for drinking water according to EN 16421 and complies with Ministerial Decree No. 174 of 06/04/2004, ensuring reliability and durability.

It is equipped with a removable 316L stainless steel Antilegionella® shell-and-tube heat exchanger, designed to ensure uniform heating of the entire kettle volume and improve energy efficiency, reducing the risk of bacterial growth.

The insulation can be rigid high-density polyurethane foam or soft removable recyclable polyester fiber NOFIRE®, with fire resistance class B-s2d0(EN 13501). The PVC outer cover provides protection and durability.

Corrosion protection is provided by magnesium anode (double anodes in models >1500 liters), which increases the useful life of the tank.

The drainage system is arranged by means of a sleeve at the bottom; in models greater than 1000 liters the drainage pipe is already installed. Food-grade silicone rubber gaskets comply with M.D. No. 174/2004 and withstand up to 200°C.

Models from 1500 to 5000 liters have a support skirt that facilitates handling with pallet trucks and forklifts and simplifies installation and maintenance.

Cordivari's Serpentine Antilegionella® technology enables complete heating of the entire volume of the tank, providing greater efficiency than traditional systems and reducing the risk of unheated water.
