The Cordivari Polywarm® EXTRA 1 COMPACT Kettle is a compact, high-efficiency professional solution for the production and storage of domestic hot water (DHW), ideal for installations in technical rooms with reduced height.

Made of Polywarm® coated steel, it is certified for potable water according to EN 16421 and complies with Ministerial Decree No. 174 of 06/04/2004, ensuring safety, corrosion resistance and long life.

It is equipped with a removable Antilegionella® shell and tube heat exchanger made of 316L stainless steel, with a special downward bent configuration that allows uniform heating of the entire volume, improving energy efficiency and reducing the risk of bacterial growth.

The removable insulation is made of recyclable NOFIRE® polyester fiber with high thermal insulation and fire resistance class B-s2d0 (EN 13501). The PVC outer coating ensures protection and durability.

Corrosion protection is provided by 2 magnesium anodes, which increase the service life of the kettle and ensure greater reliability over time.

The drainage system has piping already fitted, facilitating installation and maintenance. Food-grade silicone rubber gaskets, conforming to M.D. No. 174/2004, ensure resistance up to 200°C. The carbon steel transmission head with anti-corrosive treatment ensures strength and safety.

The kettle is equipped with a practical support base that allows easy handling by pallet trucks and forklifts, simplifying installation operations even in small spaces.

Cordivari's Serpentine Antilegionella® technology allows complete heating of the entire volume of the kettle. Compared to traditional systems, it allows greater stored energy and preheating times referred to the total volume. In kettles with traditional heat exchangers, in fact, between 9% and 17% of the water is not heated, resulting in reduced efficiency and increased risk of legionella.
