Cordivari Polywarm® EXTRA 1 STEAM kettle with removable INOX 316L exchanger for DHW

The Cordivari Polywarm® EXTRA 1 STEAM Kettle is a high-efficiency professional solution for production and storage of domestic hot water (DHW), designed for systems using steam or superheated water as the heat transfer fluid.

Made of Polywarm®-coated steel, it is certified for potable water according to EN 16421 and complies with Ministerial Decree No. 174 of 06/04/2004, ensuring high standards of safety, hygiene and long service life.

The boiler is equipped with a 316L stainless steel shell and tube removable heat exchanger, designed to operate with steam or superheated water and manufactured according to P.E.D. standard. This configuration ensures high heat exchange performance and maximum reliability even under severe operating conditions.

Insulation is available in two versions: rigid polyurethane foam with high thermal insulation or removable recyclable NOFIRE® polyester fiber with fire resistance class B-s2d0(EN 13501). PVC outer covering provides protection and durability.

Corrosion protection is provided by magnesium anode; in models above 1500 liters, 2 anodes are provided for increased reliability and durability.

The drainage system is by means of a sleeve on the bottom; in models above 1000 liters the drainage piping is already installed, facilitating installation and maintenance operations.

Asbestos-free fiber gaskets ensure safety and resistance to high temperatures, while the carbon steel return head with anti-corrosive treatment ensures strength and long service life.

Models from 1500 to 5000 liters are equipped with a practical support skirt that allows easy handling by pallet trucks and forklifts, as well as ensuring total unloading thanks to the piping already fitted.
