The Cordivari EXTRA 2 INOX Kettle is a high-efficiency professional solution for production and storage of domestic hot water (DHW), designed to ensure high performance, maximum hygiene and flexibility of system integration.

Made entirely of AISI 316L stainless steel, it is suitable for drinking water according to D.M. No. 174 of 06/04/2004, ensuring corrosion resistance, safety and long service life.

The system is equipped with 2 removable shell and tube heat exchangers made of 316L stainless steel: a straight upper one and a downward bent lower one of the Antilegionella® type. This configuration allows optimal management of heat sources and ensures the uniform heating of the entire volume of the tank, improving energy efficiency.

The insulation is available in two versions: rigid polyurethane foam with high thermal insulation or removable recyclable NOFIRE® polyester fiber with fire resistance class B-s2d0(EN 13501). External PVC coating provides protection and durability.

Corrosion protection is provided by magnesium anode; in models above 1500 liters, 2 anodes are provided for increased reliability and durability.

The drainage system is realized by a sleeve on the bottom, facilitating installation and maintenance operations.

Food-grade silicone rubber gaskets, conforming to M.D. No. 174/2004, ensure strength and safety in operation. The carbon steel header with anti-corrosive treatment ensures strength and long service life.

Cordivari's Serpentine Antilegionella® technology allows complete heating of the entire volume of the kettle. Compared to traditional systems, it allows more energy to be stored and guarantees preheating times referring to the entire contents. In traditional kettles, in fact, between 9% and 17% of the water is not heated, resulting in reduced efficiency and increased risk of legionella.
