The EXTRA 1 INOX VAPORE Cordivari Kettle is a high-efficiency professional solution for the production and storage of domestic hot water (DHW), designed for systems that use steam or superheated water as the heat transfer fluid.

Made entirely of AISI 316L stainless steel, it is suitable for drinking water according to Ministerial Decree No. 174 of 06/04/2004, ensuring maximum hygiene, corrosion resistance and long service life.

The system is equipped with a 316L stainless steel shell and tube removable heat exchanger, designed to operate with steam or superheated water and manufactured according to P.E.D. standards. This configuration ensures high heat exchange performance and reliability even under intensive operating conditions.

Insulation is available in two versions: rigid polyurethane foam with high thermal insulation or demountable recyclable NOFIRE® polyester fiber with fire resistance class B-s2d0 (EN 13501). The outer PVC coating provides protection and long service life.

Corrosion protection is provided by magnesium anode; in models above 1500 liters, 2 anodes are provided for increased reliability and durability.

Drainage is via sleeve at the bottom, facilitating installation and maintenance operations.

Asbestos-free fiber gaskets ensure resistance to high temperatures and operational safety, while the carbon steel return head with anticorrosive treatment ensures strength and long service life.
